The KFCN Series Hybrid Closed Circuit Cooling Tower combines the benefits of dry cooling and evaporative cooling in a single high-efficiency system. Through a finned pre-cooling heat exchanger located above the evaporative section, process fluid is partially cooled before entering the wet cooling stage.
The KCN Series Counterflow Closed Circuit Cooling Tower removes process heat through evaporative cooling. Heat from the process fluid circulating inside the coil is transferred to the external spray water, while an induced-draft fan discharges heat to the atmosphere through evaporation.
The KCH Series Parallel Flow Closed Circuit Cooling Tower is designed to remove process heat through evaporative cooling, combining spray water, airflow, and heat exchange coils to deliver highly efficient thermal performance.
A V-Type Air Cooler is an advanced, space-saving industrial heat exchanger featuring tube bundles arranged in a "V" shape configuration. Fans are typically mounted at the top or bottom of the V-frame, creating a highly efficient, compact cross-flow cooling system that maximizes heat transfer within a minimal physical area.
A Forced Draft Air Cooler is an efficient industrial heat exchanger that uses ambient air to cool process fluids. In this configuration, the fans are located below the tube bundle, forcing fresh air upward through the finned tubes to absorb heat.
An Adiabatic Air Cooler is an advanced, eco-friendly industrial cooling system that combines dry air cooling with an evaporative pre-cooling process. Before entering the finned tube bundle, hot ambient air passes through wetted media pads or is misted with water. The water evaporates, rapidly dropping the air temperature close to the wet-bulb temperature, allowing for highly efficient cooling even during scorching summer peaks.
As a typical counter flow evaporative condenser, KEN evaporative condenser offered excellent heat transfer ability. Compact structure design and lower power, make it easier for the confined space shipment and installation. KEN evaporative condenser can be used in all outdoor applications, especially in high temperature fluid process and dirty environment. And the unit can also operate in dry mode without water during low load and cold weather.
Forced Draft evaporative cooling is a mechanically ventilated condenser with a fan installed at the air inlet. Relying on the fan at the lower part of the tower, the cold air outside the tower is forcibly sent into the tower through the air inlet duct. Mainly used in small cooling towers or cooling towers where water is aggressive to fans.
Made of high-purity copper tube material, it boasts excellent thermal conductivity, far superior to ordinary carbon steel and aluminum tubes. It can quickly realize heat exchange between cold and hot media, greatly improving the refrigeration efficiency of cooling towers and evaporative condensers while reducing the system's operating energy consumption.
